Access to Cork
Both air and rail have increased significantly, with hourly train service to and from Dublin city and 12 connecting flights between Cork and Dublin. From UK and Europe there are over 16 flights daily from the key UK and regional airports, with 5 flights daily from Heathrow, Stansted and Gatwick. The new terminal at Cork airport allows for ease of entry in a timely manner and due to the airport's position the city is 15 minutes transfer with both East and West Cork accessible within 20 minutes. Cork road infrastructure - the South Link, allows you to circumvent the city easily and reduces transfer time between the hotels and outside activities.
